By using the website you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, please stop using the website. No separate confirmation (checkbox) is requested; the terms are available via the footer link on every page.

• the website provides information about the company's services;
• the calculator produces a preliminary estimate of cost and time based on the parameters entered;
• the calculation result and the Quote ID are not an offer and not a confirmation that an order or goods have been accepted;
• clicking buttons on the website does not conclude a contract of carriage;
• the final price, time and terms are confirmed by a member of staff after checking the shipment, its contents and documents;
• carriage, freight forwarding, storage and related services are documented by a separate confirmation, invoice or contract.

When using the website and contacting us, you undertake to:

• provide accurate and truthful information about the shipment and its contents;
• not conceal or misrepresent the contents;
• comply with restrictions and not attempt to send prohibited goods;
• have the right to dispose of the shipment you hand over;
• not use the website for unlawful purposes;
• not interfere with the website's operation: do not bypass security measures, create artificial load or perform automated data collection.

Some goods are prohibited from carriage; others are accepted only after a preliminary check or with documents. A summary block is published on the private clients page (the “Prohibited and restricted goods” section), and the full list is on the “Prohibited goods” page.

The lists are not exhaustive: whether a specific item can be sent depends on the route, the carrier and customs requirements. If in doubt, write to us before handing over the shipment. We may refuse to accept a shipment that does not comply with carriage rules or customs requirements.

• the price in the calculator is preliminary and is not a final price;
• volumetric (chargeable) weight applies: the price may change after actual weighing and measurement;
• additional services (packaging, pickup, insurance and others) are agreed and paid separately;
• customs duties, taxes and fees of the destination country may not be included in the estimate;
• the delivery time is indicative and depends on the destination, the mode, customs procedures and external factors;
• the carriage route may change where necessary to perform the obligations.

WhatsApp, Telegram, map services and other external services belong to third parties and are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. When you move to a messenger or an external service, you interact with that platform directly. We do not control external platforms and, to the extent permitted by law, are not responsible for their availability, changes or their processing of data.

The AsiaGo logo and brand, the visual identity, texts, images, program code and structure of the website are protected by intellectual property law and belong to the company or are used by it lawfully. Viewing the website and personal non-commercial use of the materials are permitted. Copying, reproduction and distribution of materials for other purposes require the company's prior permission, except where expressly permitted by law.

We strive to keep the information accurate and the website available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation: the website may be temporarily unavailable, and features and content may be updated without prior notice.

The website and calculator results are provided for preliminary information. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the company is not liable for losses caused by relying on the website's preliminary information instead of confirmed terms, by temporary unavailability of the website, by the operation of external platforms, or by force majeure.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under Thai law, including liability for harm caused by intentional or negligent acts and mandatory consumer rights. Liability within carriage, freight forwarding and storage services is governed by the respective contracts and confirmations, not by these terms.

If you use the website as a consumer, you have the rights provided by Thai consumer protection legislation (including the Consumer Protection Act B.E. 2522 and the Unfair Contract Terms Act B.E. 2540). These terms do not limit those rights. If any provision proves unfair or invalid, it applies only to a fair and reasonable extent or does not apply, and the remaining provisions stay in force.

These terms are governed by the law of the Kingdom of Thailand. We aim to resolve disagreements through good-faith negotiations — write to info@asiagologistics.com; this is usually the fastest way. If a dispute cannot be resolved, it is referred to the competent court in accordance with Thai law; mandatory rules on consumer dispute resolution remain unaffected.

The Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy are published in Russian, English and Thai. The versions have the same structure and content. If you notice a discrepancy between the language versions, let us know at info@asiagologistics.com — we will clarify the wording.

We may update these terms. The current version is published on this page; the version number, effective date and update date are shown at the top.
