Quotes and delivery times
It's a preliminary quote based on standard rates. A manager confirms the final terms after reviewing the contents, dimensions and documents.
The price and delivery time depend on the type of shipment, weight, dimensions, delivery method (air or sea) and route. The calculator gives an accurate quote for standard routes.
Thailand → Russia and Thailand → the EAEU (Kazakhstan, Belarus, Armenia, Kyrgyzstan) are quoted online. We quote return routes and delivery from China individually in a messenger.
Weight and dimensions
Volumetric weight = length × width × height in centimeters, divided by 5000. The greater of the two weights — actual and volumetric — is charged.
For sea freight, the minimum chargeable weight is 31 kg. If the actual and volumetric weight are lower, the quote is still based on 31 kg.
Documents and paperwork
The set of documents depends on the type of shipment and the route. For personal belongings an inventory is usually enough; commercial cargo requires documents for the goods. We'll help prepare them and handle the declaration.
Yes, documents are sent by air at a fixed price depending on the country and receiving method. Weight and dimensions aren't needed for documents.
Personal shipments
Parcels, personal belongings, documents, purchases from Thai stores, luggage and belongings when relocating. Before shipping, we help check the contents and confirm the item is allowed for transport.
Some items with batteries can be sent after review — the transport rules depend on the battery type and delivery method. Message us with a description of the item and we'll advise on your case.
Commercial cargo
Yes. We handle samples, one-off and regular batches: consolidation, packing, labeling, documents and customs declaration. We arrange terms for commercial routes individually.
Describe the goods, route, approximate weight and dimensions, delivery method and receiving type. That's enough to suggest an option; we'll confirm exact terms after review.
Prohibited items and batteries
We don't accept weapons, hazardous substances, counterfeit goods and more, and some items can only be sent after review or with documents. The main restrictions are collected in the Prohibited and restricted items block on the private clients page. If in doubt, send us a photo and description of the item before handing over your shipment.
Pickup and receiving
Yes. We arrange pickup of parcels and cargo in Bangkok and other provinces of Thailand. We confirm the details in a messenger after a quote.
Both receiving options are available — a pickup point or door delivery. The receiving method affects the price and can be selected in the calculator.
Sea freight
Sea is suitable for heavy and bulky cargo when timing isn't critical. The minimum chargeable weight is 31 kg, and the delivery time is longer than air. Available on the route to Russia.
Other countries
Russia and the EAEU are available for online quotes. We also arrange delivery from Russia, the EAEU and China to Thailand. We quote other international routes individually.
Supplier sourcing and fulfillment
We help find and verify a supplier, request samples, arrange inspection and pre-shipment control, and coordinate the purchase and delivery. AsiaGo does not buy the goods and is not a payment agent — this is support and logistics.
Receiving, storage, stock tracking, product photos, labeling, repacking, picking, order processing, shipping, returns and reporting. We work with a warehouse in Thailand and partner warehouses in Russia.
Tracking
After shipping, the client receives a tracking number or tracking information by an available method. You can always check the status with a manager in a messenger.
